According to an interview with the born again airlines CEO, as reported in our favorite source in Uruguay, Portal
del Uruguay, Matias insists that he is not selling any shares in the airline, to anyone. Matias did state: We have been having conversations with JAZZ, which operates a fleet of Bombardier regional jets and we have learned a lot from those conversations. We do not intend to sell a single share, the idea is to increase the capital of the airline and issue new shares. Sounds like a sale to me.
